Exploring anal play for the first time can be a unique and personal journey. It's all about discovering what feels good and comfortable for you and your partner. If you're not sure where to start, here's a general idea of how things usually go:

1. Begin with some foreplay to get in the mood and warmed up. You can also engage in oral or vaginal sex if you both feel like it, but remember to switch condoms before moving on to anal play.
2. Take it slow and explore the anal area through gentle caressing and touching before penetration. If you're the receiving partner, focus on how it feels and communicate with your partner about what sensations you enjoy.
